Their fee is the lowest I have ever heard:
3% plus $0.25 USD per transaction.

Anybody knows about this company? Are they reliable?

Even if they are reliable, then not usefull

Fund by Credit Card = 10% plus $2.00 USD per transaction

I don't think customers will pay it.

One more e-wallet system like iKobo, Moneybookers and etc

Yeah, they are quit expensive for an e-wallet.
Good pricing on the discount and transaction rate, it expensive for card holders to load their cards though.
