I found this when surfing google... quite interesting at the amount of people who visit this government website.

January 2004

is that suppose to be public info? I figure they would be hiding all stats of who visits their website and such.

Neat.

I used the firefox google toolbar up a directory button, it gives me this:
http://ngmdb.usgs.gov/ngmdb_work/stats/

Go down to the bottom and you can clearly see they are for the public, as they are xls files called pub_, so nothing wrong with linking to it at all. Not to mention they are pretty old now(ok maybe not all, I didn't see 2005 at first).

pretty neat. I thought maybe it was something I wasn't suppose to be in or enter. lol

I know if I were the government i'd provide no stats much less access to ips because of the damage hackers could cause.
