A few weeks ago, we launched a new website.

I wanted to know how easy you found it to navigate, and if you were a customer, how easy would you find it to get to the order page. Try signing up for an account- it's free.
Is it too difficult to understand what to do?

It looks nice. I couldn't sign up for some reason, it brought me to some page with coding on it.

Thanks, I take it your not using Internet Explorer. I hadn't tested the signup page in FireFox, only the first few pages. I think it's fixed now.

You need to specify an encoding method for your site. Otherwise the pound sign (for example) will only work on English computers.

"HOME" and "CONTACT" on top left need to be reworked. At the moment they are blotchy.

When I navigate with the left menu, the submenus look out of place.

It's pretty easy to reach the "Order" page. But if you are worried, why not make them easily spotted/available on the very first page? (Not that I think you need to.)
