Modernbill is a great product - but does not suit me.

I think ModernBill stopped the Developpers License so it's mostly a lifetime license (Which is 500$ USD).

That's a sweet deal, I already got one.

You really need to get this authorised by MB BEFORE putting up for sale as they can be hesitant to give permission for licence transfers.

Ultimate is right the developers licence is long gone and will be changed to a lifetime licence if approval is given for transfer.

From reading the above posts, it sounds like the same thing.

Previously... the Developer's License (IIRC) provided access to additional files that were not encoded. Since then MB has opened up a lot more of the source so they weren't really needed anymore. Hence why they changed their licensing structure.
