How is FreeBSD going for you? That is one of the routes that we would like to take, I have two admins that keep pushing me in that direction. They say it's a solid platform.

I've been using SuSE on various machines for years now. Never had a problem with it - rock solid. Although early versions were a bit of a fiddle to install and setup, the newer versions (such as 9.2) are very slick and professional.

We are thinking of trying out H-sphere with FreeBSD and just run the CP on RedHat or CentOS. I have never been very impressed with Plesk CP.

We recently finished standardizing a prominent Australian host to RHEL3/CentOS installations across the board.
I think you'll find RHEL has a fair bit of weight behind it.
