Any idea what the charges would be to process US credit card? What about a US paypal account?

Can you opt to charge in USD without it being a royal PITA?

There is no extra charge to process a US or EU credit card.

We can only charge in EUR for the European Virtual Dedicated Servers, your bank will automatically do the conversion to USD.

Unfortunately, at the moment we don't have US based offer that you could use. If we had, you could pay in USD directly.

I don't know if that's what you're asking. If not, please clarify.

Control panel is Webmin for Gentoo or Plesk on Redhat/Fedora.

You can choose RH/Fedora with Plesk but this kinda makes you miss the point of a true Virtual Dedicated Server (in my opinion). You will be trading a Porsche for a more expensive Lada.

Plesk / RH VDS is not at the same price as the above offer.

It should be made clear that Plesk licenses add a lot to the cost of a VDS. Also, Plesk does not run on Gentoo, only RH/Fedora.
