SurfSpeedy has my domains hostage.

I registered domains with SurfSpeedy and I have no way to access them or change the nameservers since I am leaving them forever. Their constant poor customer service and lack of industry knowledge has me in a tight spot.

I may have seen a link in the past that allowed me to access my domains. If anyone please let me know. They are killing my business.

Hi,

If you get serious and threaten them, the fools over at SurfSpeedy will hide and forward you on to their manager. Eventually (it took me about a week) the manager will reply to your ticket and send your domains to you. This doesn't work over the phone though, so post a ticket. I've had to do this on two occasions, once to claim my money back and once to get my domains freed.

Hope it doesn't take you too long

Call them, email them and if all else doesn't work, I'd advice that you just cry and maybe go to church more often and errr... pray! LOL...

I'm just kidding... Truth is... calling them might work. They are usually very attentive to the phone lines.

It's a miracle! Approx 9 minutes after posting this, the information I have been begging for has come to me in the form of a trouble ticket reply! What a coincidence!?

the power of prayer works!

I finally got control of my 19 domains! Just a few minutes ago. Prayer works (and some borderline harrassment)!

Thats great to hear. Must feel good, as long as it wasn't an April Fools joke...
