Hi,

I want to start another website - International trade platform system. It requires about 300M space or so. But it should be critical on the speed, specifically, it can be accessed from any corner of the world.

My budget is around $5/month, hosting: PHP+MySQL or ASP + MS SQL

could you guys recommend some hosting services that meet my requirement?

You haven't specified your bandwidth requirement. You can have a look at offer section here, you might come across a good deal there. I will advise you to make a list of 3-4 hosts and ask people what they feel about them. you can try out web hosting directories like www.tophosts.com,www.hostpulse.com to find out the web hosts.

PHP+MySQL or ASP + MS SQL... wich one do you prefer? I think php/mysql is a good option but it depends of what do you need...
