ExecutiveASP also provides Windows VPS serves, using VMWare (I believe). This is probably the best platform on which to run a Windows VPS. I had the opportunity to beta test VZ for Windows and was extremely dissapointed.

I did test the PowerVPS Windows package - and it's very appealing. I guess they will be rolling out the products in the months to come - still at beta.
