1. Do the enom points expire?
|
No.
The only way to lose points is if your account gets locked and becomes inaccessible, due to doing something that goes against the terms of use (
http://www.enom.com/terms/default.asp), such as credit card charge backs, fraud, etc. And even then, eNom will often unlock accounts when proper measures are taken (as in the example of a charge back, assuring eNom that it will not happen again in writing and covering the charge).

2. Can you control what is sold on the PDQ? I would like to sell domain names only. No SSL, Email, or hosting.
|
Yes, during PDQ setup and administration, a PDQ site owner can select which services they wish to sell. Once enabled to be sold from a PDQ site, most services cannot be disabled, so choose carefully.

3. Will enom ever email customers that have bought from me?
|
Yes and No. eNom will never email your customers as "eNom". But there can be times they will send emails in your name, using either a non-labeled email or your email address. Such occurrences occur for things like order confirmations, renewal reminders, ICANN required WHOIS data confirmation emails, etc. Some of these emails can be configured in your reseller account to contain text of your choosing.

4. What is the difference between RRocket and PDQ?
|
Registry Rocket is a free and fairly simple service available to resellers that makes it possible for single domain sales and management. It has very little customization available, other then pricing and company name or logo. A reseller can have unlimited accounts with it. So some use it for different promotions or "sales".
PDQ is a robust domain management tool that includes almost the same functionality available via eNom.com, but with your companies branding. It has a lot more customization options available and supports a lot more TLDs.
