Hello All,
We currently have 2 reseller accounts at Hostgator (10Gb disc space and 100Gb BWT in total) but it seems that Hostgator overall performance is declining steadily over the last 4 months. For this reason I have decided to move our 70 small accounts to a VPS account.
I called PowerVPS and left a message last Friday with my name and telephone number but nobody called me back. Then I called LiquidWeb twice and although the sales agent at first call seemed to be very very novice (more than even myself!

) I spoke with another agent today that was polite and professional indeed.
I noticed also that PowerVPS does not offer telephone support (?), which I think is a strong disadvantage for people without a strong technical background and not native english-speaker like myself.
As you may already have understood, I am seeking for a reliable VPS provider ($60 of Liquidweb is my upper limit) that will offer server management and general high quality of service/uptime/server (not so many that I hope

).
I would appreciate your feedback, comments and specially your reccommendations on my decision.
Best,
Aris
PS. Please note that the 70 small accounts we have are < 1Gb in total and use < 10Gb of bandwidth. Do you think that a basic VPS with plan (256Mb RAM, <20Gb disc space, <200Gb BWT) will fit our current needs? Thanks!
