    either way I sincerely apologize about the hassle as it should not have happened.

    However the good thing that came of this whole mess was a completely revised and updated ticketing system that has narrowed all response times to below 20 minutes. Yes it was a mess and did not reflect good on our company however lessons were learned and action was taken.

    I'm really happy with their service
    Server performance is excellent and haven't experience any downtime til now.
    Even though their service is unmanaged, but they have responded to my support tickets about problems with managing it...
