VPS nameserver issue

I set up the name server on my VPS account and then test it from dnsreport.com.. i got the error>>
ERROR: Some of your nameservers listed at the parent nameservers did not respond. The ones that did not respond are:

xx.xx.xx.xx

Note: If you are running a Watchguard Firebox with DNS Proxy enabled, there may be a bug causing port numbers get mixed up -- if this is the case, you can contact Watchguard to see if they have a fix.

can i fix it by myself?? if yes, how?? thanks

Hi!
It may be the shared server thing...I've had few problems with nameservers running on Virtuozzo. Then again...I do maintain two normal reseller accounts just for normal nameserver usage.

Perhaps that's why I have few nameserver problems.

Hi!
As I said..I believe the setup that I have now avoid problems such as these. One nameserver is on the VPS and the other is on the reseller account. Mind you...the reseller accounts are not fancy at all..$4.95/month...one with Gazzin.com and one with reseller zoom.com. The next step, of course, is dedicated...but I will keep a few of the VPS's because I quite like them.

What is the control panel on the UML VPS? I honestly think it's the VPS's fault..not a setup issue. If I know what the control panel is...or perhaps there is none...I can give you some ideas.

update:

I test a domain(managed by my vps.nameserver.com) from dnsstuff.com, it's got a good result..

Average of all 2 nameservers: 53ms (plus 297ms overhead).

Score: A

so is it working or not.?? .
