What kind of problem are you experiencing at tektonic?

Tickets not being responded to should not happen. I was just updated minutes ago by my support staff that tickets were under very good control. If you can send me ticket numbers I can forward them along, unless they are billing/sales tickets then I can help you.

I read a post like this, and sometimes I wonder about people.

People don't get good service (so they say in their post), and then the next word out of their mouth is, "Where can I get a cheap service?" Does anyone besides me see the irony in this type of thinking? (In no way am I saying Tektonik is bad, my rant is about the customer.)

I also find it amusing that people use this forum for support issues. In most cases, you can be sure their host will answer quickly here. Which makes me wonder, (a) the customer is not going through the channels or effort to resolve their issues through their hosts's support system, and hoping to start some fires here (b) hosts spend too much time here, when they should be looking at their support system from every angle.

Anyhow, just a rant.

Carlos

No.

My vps has been crashing every 20 minutes for the last three-and-a-half hours.

Avoid them.

Carlos, while I get what your saying, we all have to provide a basic level of service or get out of the business. Just because someone asks for a low cost (cheap) service shouldn't mean fair game we can give terrible service.

We have a vps with Tektonic and they have been pretty good so I assume this is an abberation.

minsight, I understand. My focus was not only aimed at you but resellers and others in general.

Anyways, here are my tips:

Do you have a url or something to back this up? Please don't take this the wrong way! Good reviews on WHT are questioned and mulled over and it's always expected that a url (at least) accompany the review. Can you offer the same for your bad review?

So what was your problem? Did TekTonic resolve the problem? It's a poor gesture, IMHO, to open fire on an open forum with no information whatsoever to back up the statement, and just walk away. TekTonic responded to your post within a few hours after your bad review. But it's been six days and you've yet to back up your own words.
