You may want to check out PowerVPS - they're not actually selling any Windows VPSes as yet, but they are beta testing them. Not sure whether there is any more room on the program though.
I would have thought that when the service goes commercial, it would cost more than $25, though.
There is also Spry ( http://www.spry.com/hosting/winvps/), but that's way out of your price range.

Due to the costs involved with the server hardware, Virtuozzo (most likely Windows VPS software), Plesk, and Windows....well...your pricing is a little unrealistic. Bump that up to $30-$40, and you'll probably get more responses to your inquiry.

Do you provide Plesk to your customers free of charge (either 100 domains or unlimited)? I don't see a reason why you've listed it there..
I do agree that the price is a bit unrealistic, but this is mainly because you'd need at least 256 MB of RAM in order to run a Windows VPS properly (perhaps you can even have 128 MB but that totally depends on the software you'll use and of the purpose of your VPS).

Hi!
It all depends on what you need to do with the VPS. I found Virtuozzo servers to be absolutely useless for what I needed.
I can't install software from Microsoft...I can't configure Windows firewall...Etc.
VMware servers are the only way to go...and you are going to have to bump your budget there a bit...I did.
http://awptix.net is the only one I am aware of that offers these servers.
They're not cheap...but for what I needed...they are almost 100% as same as a dedicated server...which is what I needed.
>>In fact...let me go make sure I've got WSUS enabled on both of them..so they automatically download updates from unca Bill.

Hi!
Yes..but that's a Virtuozzo server. As I said...you are going to be very disappointed with it if you're planning on using it to learn in prep for a job or the real thing.
Thanks,

I have to say IMHO Vz for Windows is a load of rubbish, because of its kernel sharing, yes you do get increased performance, but you can't install any of the decent stuff that comes with Windows such as Exchange, Sharepoint, etc etc ... you can't even install a firewall because that requires kernel integration.

Hi!
OpenXS, this discussion is about Windows VPSs...not Linux-based VPS's using Virtuozzo. Servint does not offer Windows VPS's.
I agree...Virtuozzo on Linux rocks. That's one of the reasons Virtuozzo for Windows disappointed me so much...it was hideous.

Hi!
Well...only VMware rocks...and those VPS's are not cheap. is your primary goal to learn Win 2003 server? Well...you need no VPS for that!
http://microsoft.demoservers.com
The amazing thing is...these simulations even work with Win 98.
Download and print the manual...and have at it.
I've never had the system one wasn't immediately available..although as it get's more popular..that might happen..it might start giving appointments.
Microsoft has tons of free training and books to download.
That's the most affordable way of learning. Yes..after you have some knowledge under your belt...you might then be ready for a VPS...or order Win server 2003 and put it on a computer at home.
I did that too.
