Lots of water and a big fried breakfast always helps me!

Most of a hangover is dehydration. So drink lots of water. Take an aspirin before bed. Vitamin C may help. That is why Mimosas and Bloody Marys are often included as cures. The acid in the juices in these drinks may actually worsen some symptoms of alcohol poisoning. Avoid acids and salt the day of drinking and the next day.

I always learned to always mix your drinks w/ equal amount of water. It'll takea little longer to get the buzz, but there won't be a hangover in the morning (or afternoon).

A raw egg should never be eaten, unless it is pasturized.

sleep is about the only real cure for a hangover there is.

But lots of water and a multivitamin before imbibing is always a good idea. or at least it helps me.

(I'm up at 8:40am, aren't I? )

Warm baths will actually make a hangover worse.

Take some sodium bicarbonite. It'll help compensate for the poison in the blood stream (alcohol is treated as a poison in the body. And filtered like one through the liver).
