Hi!
I am looking for a php coder that can write a script that does the following:

Project: email2sms
Descirption: The user registers with the site and chooses an appropriate plan. He can then login in and set his email2sms filters. The site sends an sms alert to the user, when an email that matches the filters arrives at his inbox.

Requirements:
- User registration
- User control panel
- Admin control panel
- Logging mechanism

Functionality:
The user can see his remaining sms credits.
The user can request for credits.
The user can set multiple filters based on email subject and/or email sender and/or email body.
The user can see the history (sms sent so far) and other stats.
The admin can add/remove plans
The admin can manage users (activate/deactive, change user plan, passwords etc..)
The admin can email all the users


Other Requirements:
Multilingua support
Use one of the following template systems: smartphp.net or smarty.php.net/ or any other you may find convinient

I have already created the database structure. The developer will not have to worry about it.
