I have now been with them for 1 year (well in 2 days one year) and I have absolutely no complaints at ALL with this company. This is the longest I have ever been with one company and there are a few reasons for this; 1. Price, 2. Server uptime, 3. Support.

All in 1 from the start has given me what it promises 99.5% uptime. I have had 2 downtimes in the entire year, with both not lasting longer then 30 minutes if that. I am sure he could give you more specific detail, but I really can not remember even being down that long. Download speeds are great, server speed is great. They are always up front on what is going on and informing the customer of what is going to happen. Since I have been with them I believe they have upgraded 2 times server wise and during the time no downtime.

Billing has been no issue at all, even when I emailed them and said I wanted to upgrade my package, they said sure we can do that and for upgrading we will give this month free and not charge you the difference till next month. Now we are not talking hundreds of dollars here, but shoot 3 or 5 bucks is 3 or 5 bucks! And something they did not have to do for me. But they did and for that I was very grateful.

Support has been everything that a company should strive for when offering support. They have many ways for you the customer to reach them and at any time when you do have to email them it is answered with a few hours at the most. If you post in the forum for help, they are courtious (sp?) and also have a fast response as well. In the world of hosting you just dont see too many hosts like these guys! Kudos to them

Final thought would be this, if your looking for a good, reliable, professionally manored host choose these guys. 1 year and counting and I will continue to stay with them. I say that because I acutally have my own server now, but I really do not want to move and why move when I already have a good thing going there.

I've had customers in China, the UK and Belgium all say the speed was fine.

Ok it has now been 15 months with them.

I have since moved all accounts to them and without a doubt they are still the best hosting company I have been with or seen so far.

Just this past month they caught a billing error that I did not catch. They billed me twice in one month (paypal and my previous credit card). They emailed me after I emailed them asking why they cancelled my subscription (not knowing about the double billing yet) and they told me of the issue. I do not think many companies would do this or even catch it, but they did and I thanked them for it.

I have had zero outages in the last 3 months since my previous review. I would still HIGHLY recommend them. I do not believe they are a hosting place for a HIGH user but for the guys that use a good amount of space and bandwidth they are perfect. (I might be wrong on this, have not looked at their plans lately.)

I would have to give them a 9 out of 10. The only reason I gave them a 9 is because I do not believe anyone is perfect If they were, I would be praying to them when I go to bed at night
