I have a website that I need to have hosted outside the USA so that I don't run into any gambling laws. I currently use blazernetwork.com and I'd like to know if anyone can recommend a host with the similar services of Blazer Network outside the US?

At the very least it needs to be Windows Hosting with ASP, PHP, and MS SQL.

The USA isn't the only country with gambling laws.

Perhaps you should look for a specific country first.
