No Worries Policy
We like to make every aspect of our company as pleasant as possible. If you want to cancel your service we won't take any offense and will work to issue your refund within 3-4 days. All we ask in return as that you tell us why you are leaving so we can improve service for future and current customers. At CYW we've always felt that if a client must go then that client should leave with a good impression of the company. No lame tricks just fast efficient billing handling. It's faster and easier to refund a customer's money opposed to making up stories and fighting for months.
Website Moving Service
If your site is on a cpanel server and less than 100mb in size we'll be happy to move it for you at no charge. Just put Move Service: the old servers ip, your username username, and password in the comments box during signup. Larger sites may be considered but are not guaranteed.
