12host, I agree, it looks very nice, loads fast, and the topics/information are neatly organized .. one small suggestion, the JPG of 12Host is too compressed, it's god a little too much noise, you might whnt to consider saving it as a GIF file (probably 34 or 64 colors would do fine)

I don't like the image so much, looks like his ebyeball is about to pop out On a serious note though, css looks fine, html validator gives some errors, some simple ones to fix like a space in the wrong place, etc.
