Can anyone tell when the next Google PR update will be, or tell me were i can find this information.

it's not always on time but usually once a quarter. So End of March / early April is my guess.

Google updates PR approx one time per month for internal use. The PageRank that you see in Toolbar is 3-4 months old. So forget about PR updates

I'm no expert but I don't think that is exactly correct. seoguy.com used to have an excellent tutorial that explained it very well. The frequency of the internal refresh is dependant on the initial PR value. I think he says a PR of 8-9 may be refreshed as much as every few hours.
