Sub Domains

I was wondering if there is a script that I can use to make subdomains for my clients, offer certain hosting resources to them and to also add an advertising frame automatically to the pages on the sub domain they make.

I am not sure how big this question is, I have purchased a few scripts that claim to do this but they have been lacking in what I need.

Can anyone help please.
