I been studying the different ways these are set up.
Myriad scares me the most being a newbie and all.
http://www.myriadnetwork.com/legal/tos.php
What if I knock down there server... lol
Looks expensive!
So far for me these three look the best
atjeu.com
myriadnetwork.com
servint.net
I really would love to look at servint.net forums

I don't really see anything that's out of the ordinary with Myriad Network's TOS/AUP - The limitation of liability clause appears in nearly every contract in nearly every industry. I do some side work in DJing, and contracts that clients sign limit my liability in case a guest were to knock over one of my speakers and injure themselves... Then again, I carry liability insurance just in case .
Back to the choices though, you'll be able to find many satisfied ServInt customers around WHT.

It's interesting to see the link between the IT industry, and the DJ/sound industry, lots of people who are involved in one are often involved in the other.
I also see nothing wrong with that TOS, perhaps you think it's a bit over the top, but it's just so that you can't sue them for $1,000,000 and take them out of the business.

Yeah. While reading the TOS, AUP, etc., is really important, I find it equally important to see the reviews, the discussions, and the feedbacks of the users. Gives a better picture, IMHO.
