Hello.

Could you perhaps give us more information?
Which country would you like this machine to be located?
How much bandwidth are you looking for? etc etc etc....

Information is required before we can chuck some suggestions at you!
I would also recommend that you have a look in the dedicated server offer forum.

Regards,
Thomas Currie

You could check out Staminus or Sagonet. All stable IRC providers charge extra for IRC IPs. Stay far away from FDCservers.

Perhaps read the posters thread again?
He states not to recommend Sagonet

I would suggest

Staminus:

www.staminus.net

Steadfastnetworks:

www.steadfastnetworks.com

BlackLotus:

www.blacklotus.net

Search for feedback around WHT regarding those companies before making the final decision.

Maybe I am missing something somebody else isn't, but each vhost is supposed to have it own's IP correct? If you want 10 IPs for IRC, but 20 VHosts, I'm not sure how that would work.
