Hi,
I have VPS with vpscolo.com and i want to cancel my account, i send 2 mail for support@vpscolo.com & sales@vpscolo.com & support@jvds.com more then 2 day and no reply from them.

Should you wish to make a claim you need to fax and sign a request to +448718729422.

I try to send FAX to +448718729422 but that number out of order i think ?

Did you get an auto ack as we have not seen your tickets on the system at all, If you don't recieve an auto reply it means they have not been recieved our end.

Did't get any mail from you, more then 2 day i sent mail and your fax did't work or some thing happen with them, and i sent PM here to you, no replay my friend.

only 1 mail about VPS info.

Just i pay Server now and i want cancel my account.
