Prevent user 'nobody' sending out mail?

Is it best to have this checked?

Prevent the user 'nobody' from sending out mail to remote addresses (php and cgi scripts generally run as nobody if you are not using phpsuexec and suexec respectively.)

Also what is a good number for: The maximum each domain can send out per hour (0 is unlimited):

if u enable this feature, most of the php script will not be able send out as php is run as nobody unless you have php_suexec configure on your server.

we are leaving unlimited on our servers as you wont know how many mails the users on your server will send out each days.
