India is not google base company.

I mean google is not Indian base company. It has its own algorithms and it ranks web sites accordingly.

I am pretty sure that Google does not discriminate any country.
If those sites top the result, but not others, it only means those sites are more important (in term of Google's criteria)

A lot of SEO firms have poped up in India so you'll find that a lot of Indian link directories will come up in search results.

or you may be connecting from an indian based ISP, and google usually does consider your IP-location.

Yes. I guess it is because of geolocation option. Google usually shows you results from your ip's region.

I think the reason is just because thier are a lot of SEO Companies in India now, Moreover I don't think its because of ip-Location since Proxy gives the same result aswell.

Google has stated that the location of where a site is hosted dosn't affect a page rank or which google version it's added to. Google learns the information by using contact pages and other details on the website.

Well, you want to see results from your country?

As far as I know, Pakistan is not a technologically advacned country relatively, there are hardly any major Pakistani Web Services.

Well, even If you search for 'SEO', there arent too many Indian sites listed there. There must be a 'w32.partiotism' virus in your system. Did you check?

Well, that's true, but it considers your location, or your home-IP based location.

there are alot of indian based seo's as spiritAU mentioned.

have a check the sites are following Google's webmaster guidelines - www.google.com/webmasters/guidelines.html

if you have concerns about the techniques they are using to get their sites to the top, consider filling out a Google spamreport - http://www.google.com/contact/spamreport.html

I noticed that Google shows a ton of Indian websites when searching for "outsourcing" even when I specifically ask for outsourcing companies in Russia, UK, Europe, ect... all I see are Indian companies everywhere.
