You can use ONE LICENSE per ONE WEBSITE

Meaning if you were stupid, You would have to pay $85.00 for each license for each person that contacts you, Menaing you loose $75.00.

It is illegal if you are giving out your license to mutiple sites.

I suppose it would be better in a way if he included that the buyer is required to have the license ready etc.

This is an installation/upgrade service only, obviously the customer requires a license, its hardly rocket science!

I think that he meant if you have a liscense and need someone to install it for you. Installation is simple, but some people have trouble with it.
