i have been with ServInt for about 2 months now. I don't have anything bad to comment about them. The tickets I have issued was solved within the hour of the first post, and most of the time in just minutes. The client forum is trully wonderfull. Some members actually release codes they develope to members. I have not had any downtime other than the time i broke my server. ServInt NOC troubleshot and fix it in under 2hrs.

I am now at the stage where i like to troubleshoot my own problems with WHM, CPanel, Apache, ect. The NOC was there to point to the right direction. I prefer it that way so that one day, i can run my own dedicated server on ServInt's DC .

Having used their vps for >3 months I can say the product is superb and the support is second to none. I originally went with them looking for quality and expecting a price tag, looking around at the market now not only do you get the best quality but a damn fine price tag. Its suprising to see other providers offering less for more and only offering say a 'basic' managed package.
An example of why servint are great, a few of us set up mrtg, and were querying if we could be given mrtg and a few other services as a normal part of the service, a while later along comes the portal and the power panel with everything we wanted and a whole load more.

I use ServInt from about 8 months, and I'm very happy with their services. NOC really rocks! Normally reply mails within the first 10 minutes, and resolve the problems very fast.

I don't try another VPS provider, but with the service of ServInt, I think never need test another.

You are correct to point out that the only difference between this promotion and their normal package is the 10 free days.

IMHO, they don't really need to give out such freebies so that people will sign up with them.

If you are really serious about your business or work or whatever you use your VPS for, you will appreciate what ServInt has to offer.

I have been with them for almost a year and can honestly say they are way ahead of the rest.

You can choose to try out all the other cheaper and more resources given packages from elsewhere like what some existing ServInt customers did OR you could save yourself alot of headaches and a decent amount of money by learning from our collective experiences.

I've been with them, on a VPS, for 18 months - time goes fast when you're having fun! They have a superb product, unmatched and unrivalled by any other provider (8 in the past) I've ever used.
