Or a script that will do it for me

Flashfxp will be your best option...

its simple to use and freeware i believe or did someone supply me a dodgy copy??? dont remember! ahah

Anyway go to the site and read up on it, its perfect for transfer!

Some FTP servers disable FXP for security reasons. So there's a possibility it might not work.
