4 Months review: Fast service ? No... Extremely fast service ,Yes!
Ok, Well the only thing i can say is awesome. Awesome help, Awesome service. I have to tell you that if any of you were like me a TOTAL beginner to this then **********.com is the one for you. They help out everywhere they can, every avenue is covered. I have decided to go with them after much of good reviews and now i know for sure i did the right decision, top quality.
Server was ready within 3 hours after the order, Sales and customer support was very polite and professional, Every thing was Smooth!In the past 4 months I don't recall any downtime ,I can say and not be wrong that I have 100% uptime,if there was downtime, it was so minimal that I didn't notice
The tech support are always friendly and professional ,solving the problems quickly (5-15min at most) . Things such as Firewall installation ,security hardening ,third party software installation ,php hardening ,kernel upgrades ,Done quickly and without any special issues ,Only while firewall installed I have had 2min down time (not some thing too bad). I have tested some scripts/software's on the box as I am new for Linux and got the box ruined few times ,but got them to fix it instantly.
Reboots (needed two times ,tried to learn how iptables firewall works and blocked my self out of the box) always been fast about 1-3min.
As far every thing is stable,I can surely recommend them to people who is interested dedicated services.

I'm also customer of **********.com ,i have 100% uptime so far... no downtime. I havnt had to submit any support tickets so I cant say anything about that
