(HIRING) Sales and Support Tech

Hello,
We are looking for outsoaring company who will fit our needs.
We are looking for:
1) 24/7 Live Chat Representative
2) Tech support that will be able to answer on e-mail and support desk tickets.
3) Who will not refer clients to send email to admin, because they lazy to answer a question.
4) Who will look some information about our company before give out answer to client “NO!!!” or “We DON’T do this” or “We DON’T have this” etc…
That all what I looking for please advice from your personal experience.

Also I will provide with all software what you need to work with.

Notice to Consumers
Thread Summary Please be aware that every offer has limits beyond what is displayed in the thread. You should visit the site advertising and read any Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy they have in place. If you can't find answers on how they measure what you're purchasing, ask. If the offer or request doesn't regard some type of hosting, you still need to research beyond what’s printed in the ad.
  • Research any provider to know what limits are in place, especially with any offer concerning disk space and/or bandwidth. These are generally defined in the TOS or AUP.
  • Read provider reviews. If you find no reviews, create a thread and ask for others' first-hand experience with the provider.
  • If you're unsure on the exact details of an offer - ask. Simply respond to this thread and ask the provider for clarification.

Only to help you out. You may want to offer 24/7 support, but I doubt you will find one person that can do it for 24/7 Just a problem I seen with that.

Goodluck

I am online 10 hours a day, 7 days a week and ill go on Live Chat for that time and let it run in the background while im doing other things, So then i can be on 10 hours a day and answer any help questions between that time.

Other Hosting Companies

Why would a hosting company hire another hosting company to do their tech support? Doesnt that seem like a conflict of interest?

They aren't looking to hire another hosting company, they need company which provides support and sales.

If you do not find a company I am willing to work on-site sales and web promotion and advertising. You can see what I'm looking and my resume here:

Now I saw that you are interested in me. I will contact you in no time.

Farkie

I was talking about Farkie, he's a web hosting company wanting to do support for a web hosting company. That IS a conflict of interest.

Well, I will not hire any one who has they own hosting business, or some how related to the any of hosting companies. I'm looking for people who are current working at outsoared companies or looking to work for one of them.
