JaguarPC.com poorly?

A traceroute request times out at nocdirect.com;
Their web site unavailable;
MY web site IS available, so all is not lost;
Some on-server programs behaving oddly.

Tried to phone them, but I think I'm getting the area code wrong (I'm in the UK).

I am very happy with JagPC, in case anyone chimes in. The best host I've ever had. Just wondering what's up.

I can get to JaguarPC.com, so it's either a localized problem or they've got it fixed.

We have not had any network problems or anything that affected our clients. We did a problem with our own site and server earlier though and had to fire up our backup site. Its has all been fixed as of an hour ago or so.
