Yes! the might had technical problem or some network problems. But it is highly appreciated when your service provider, not matter if it is a hosting company or not are able to respond promptly and if there is a problem to explain the situation carefully.

It can be even your ISP because of whom you are not able to access the Site. Posting a Traceroute here or giving it to the Server Techs. would definately help.

it's not always down though, once in a while, my website ran well.
the service care told me they are already aware a technical problem with their server, and their engineers are trying to get it fixed ASAP.
anyway, I still appreciate BGFweb service. I hope they will get better.

Your site loaded fast then the google ads, so I think you're doing fine. I did however run a trace on your domain through a few sites & it did ping out in 1 Asia site (which would most likely be on their end). If these "black outs" continue a lot then worry. But for now, you're fine.

sorry, I don't know what you are talking about? how did you trace.....? what do you mean by "black out"? and then worry about what?
