Server Hangs on Reboot - CentOS + CPanel

I got a server that is hanging on the reboot. When I hook up the monitor, it appears to be hanging on fstab.

    Any ideas?

Including your fstab here might be a good start.

May be due to some wrong..disk labeling in fstab i guess..if possible boot your server in single or in rescue mode...and compare this fstab with other working server...

What is the exact error you get when you bring the server up?

I've fixed the problem Sheps, thanks. The problem wasn't with fstab, it was actually hanging on the APF. It wasn't able to load the iptables properly. I simply had to boot it up with APF disabled, and then re-configure.

    Thanks anyways everyone!
