Dedicated Server NO NO - *********.com

Hello Everyone readying this i did not know where to post so i posted here since is on the topic of a dedicated server.

A few days go (last month) i orderd a server from http://www.*************.com formaly knowned as http://www.****************, well anyways wait.. Let me start the whole story.

I paid for a server at $115/month with control, i was told my server would be setup on the 16th (which it was the 8th - the day i was going to order) if i order now. And that way was the 8th of Dec 2004. I orderd a server, it turns our i get a server on the 27th, with direct admin and they told me that was my server. After a big talk, they told me it was a temp server. I simply asked for a refund since the had bad service ect rigth, well the guy is rich but refused to give me a refund. So i said ok...........

Then he promised me a server on like Jan 12th 2005, i waited untill then got my server everything was cool for the couple of days ok, then he told me i have to start getting referals since i have alot of people on my list hungry for dedicated servers, i told him ok sure - since i was some what satisfyed that the server was free so.. i got some, i had a guy ordering a Dual Xeon for about $299, now i paid. After a week later the guys says he cant do it, i asked him for a refund he told me, ok i will do a refund 6 hours later i come check my paypal and i see no refund from him, so then i message him on msn asking why didnt he do the refund, he told me well i paid alot for your free server so i am keeping the $299. I tell him, well the server you gave me is free this money has nothing to do with the server. But yet he keeps it, and then ignores me on msn (goes on busy).

Then i ask him, why dont you just give me what i paid for then or give me a refund, or even take my free server away and just hand me my refund. But yet he ignores me, and doesnt this has been the 2nd time this has happened to me at *************.com

Anyone who is planning to order from this company i suggest you dont, Kevin is the owner but a very rude one at that (once you purchase) If you would like to check our the msn logs, for further proof im more than happy to send them to your email.

I advise anyone looking for website, to go some where else. I doubt this company will last in 2006.

The ********* are covering "************* dot com" (but no spaces in the name befor dot) <censored for a good reason>
ha! i see that it seems there url is blocked on this fourm, another sign of bad service.

so...the url is ************* dot com? i just check them...template website and url being banned...it's a red flag.

Not happy to hear about the predicament you are now faced with. Hope it works out well for you, it's companies like this one you got in with that give the industry a bad name. Hopefully the host will turn around and decide to be more legitimate in his dealings. Good luck with your server.

Thank you very much for you concern, and your rigth its companys like that who give the industry a bad name.

He was depsrate for customers, and i dont understand why he wont refund me, after all hes rich so i know it wouldent be a problem. It took me over 3 months to get that kind of money too, and now its all gone. He hates me, and i guess hes takeing the anger out on not giveing me my money or server in return, i dont know what i am going to go do, but i am going to countine trying to get my money back once i do, i will be out of there hair. I will no longer contact or even visit there site again, there website doesnt even look that supriseing as well.

Thanks for your concern though, ment alot! I will visit your website now.

Next time if you can't get refund from anyone via paypal or 2checkout or any merchant account , dont ask them anymore , just send mail to those merchant account ask for refund or chargeback . That was a best idea . in your case, send mail to ask paypal customer support . They will help you .
I'v have this kind of problem before , that guy using 2checkout , and it look like they are not gonna refund my money after a month of waiting a server . So i send email direct to 2checkout . They answear me right after that and help me to take back my money .
