Not surprising coming from Verizon, I myself have had a very bad experience with them.

If you look at the traces, the problem seems to lie on Level3's network, completely out of control of Verizon.

GNAX did make an announcement about Level3 maintenance that was going to happen. That might be the cause of your issue. Still, it doesn't look as though either of the companies mentioned in your topic, GNAX or Verizon, are at fault here.

Before someone closes it...they did mail out announcements pointing people to the forum thread, so if you're not on the list for that, you should ask Jeff, open a ticket, or give them a call and get added to it.

They use the forums as a mailing list. But did you noticed the time difference of both?

I consider myself as a smart person. When someone tells me they can't get into my website or something of that sort, I first check my ISP forums or whatever they have to inform regarding network maintenance, there wasn't one there when I posted.
