I have the following template for sale:

This template has 2 pages - a main and a subpage - that are both coded in PHP. It also has a flash header, mouse over buttons, psd file, and everything you need to make changes to it.

I bought it from a guy who used to be on here, and later found out that he had sold it to another person also - so there are 2 people that have this template.

But it is still a nice template to use.

I'd like to get $20 for it. You also get my word that I won't sell it again, I'm just trying to get some of my money back out of this.

Are you sure you and ONLY one other own this template? I've seen it for sale on other sites... None-the-less, $20 is a good price for a non-unique. Good luck with the sale .

well, the other guy who bought it is ALBC15 here on WHT, and he says he hasn't sold it to anyone else. But still, like you say, $20 for a 2 page template coded in PHP is not bad, I think.
