Nolaghere ngservers are bad news
If you ever think about game servers. Please do not go to ngservers.net aka nolaghere.come. They flat out stole 207.00 off me and told me to drop my paypal complaint because I couldnt do anything because paypal doesnt give money back for non-tangable goods. BEWARE of using paypal. Anyone wants to see his emails after tellin me off and stealing my money please email me. I have also filed fraud through IFCC. Thanks

Man, that s**ks.. That is simply cheating..
However, As far as I know, Refund can be given in paypal system. Its only because of that paypal is so widely prefered.
A Suggestion : Why dont you post the key points of his email here.

wow fast post..Here is email he sent after he shut down server and I filed complaint to get my money back. Server was up for only 10 minutes and kept all my money

Here is another one of his customers that emailed me back after nolaghere sent out a spam email and i returned copide everyone..I edited the cuss words..

I'm not going to discuss any of this over a public forum but I will take a few lines just to defend the company.
My name is Louis and I work for Next Generation Servers. The above posts are written in poor english with poor grammar(keep this in mind before you judge us). Not just one, but three horribly written posts and they all contain cussing.
So let me get this straight...
1 ) They have bad communication skills.
2 ) They don't type in english very well.
3 ) They like to cuss and use way too many CAPS.
Have you ever dealt with an aggressive customer?
What about someone who can not convey their needs properly?
Not so bad, right? It gets worse.
How about someone who demands instant help? "No I will not use your Help Desk, I want you to fix my problem NOW!"
How about someone who threatens to sue you in every other sentence?
How about those kids who all claim their dad is a lawyer and/or they will get the FBI involved?
Not so bad, wrong! It gets worse.
How about those people who never even used your company but they see something like this and they threaten you, unless you give them free stuff?
With all this said we have gone through x,xxx customers and I am not suprised a few little kids are upset with us. Sometimes miscommunications happen especially when you deal with people as young as ten(10). Their parents may be paying for the server but guess who we have to communicate with.
I just wanted to make everyone aware of our side of the story. I'm not directly responding to any of these "cases" as I don't deal with public relations much but I hope everyone sees things from the GSP point of view now.

Be advised they flat out stole money and that above email of mine is 100% real about the paypal omplaint. They stole my money. Real side of the story.

I am 29 years old and you are in the wrong defending a company that steals money. Claims are not about support.

If you submit a support ticket at our help desk I can take a look in to your specific situation and see what I can do for you. I am interested in changing your opinion of our services. It is very unfortunate to see a few upset customers when we have so many hundreds of satisfied customers.
Just make sure you don't yell, cuss, threaten or demand anything in that support ticket. Thanks.

I see it as 2-3 brand new users, with very few posts, all posting in similar fashion, with similar vocab. Smells like 1 person, multiple users, which is against WHT rules.
Only the mods can tell based on IP address.

Ok here it is in more detail for you.
I rented a server for 3 months. Everything was fine. I then re-ordered the same server for an additional 3 months. Now, I then asked Brian if the etadmin_mod could be installed because the company didn't like installing that mod (mind you ngservers give no ssh access). After I got the word that the company would install the mod, I ordered a second texas server. After 5 days and no server, I was wondering what was going on, of course anyone would due to that server being able to go online in 10 mins. Not only was etadmin_mod not installed, shrub wasn't either. So I said go ahead and shut the server down (within 10 minutes of it being up) because It took me over 1 month to get shrub mod installed on my previous server. Then I received an email stating, "why do I do business with us in the first place". Then I told them that I didn’t want to do business with them and shut down the existing server that I had for over 3 months. Now 2 servers down. No cuss words were EVER used by me and ngservers never game me one cent and sent that email to me after I filed complaint to get my money back.

So a ticket will not help in this case.
I have about 5 more emails that were really nice that I will post about your company here. With all my commenst showing I never once cussed and was professional, which your comapny hasn't been. Either way, truth is, 1. company took my money. 2. never recived service but I did get great emails saying to do my homework on non-tangible items filed through paypal (thanks for that).
