Thanks. How long have you been with them? Does anyone know of any others?

If you are looking to house a couple of servers there are several options.
If you are looking for full racks or cabinets there are data centers at the following locations:
401 N Broad Street Philadelphia PA
1500 Market Street Philadelphia PA
2401 Locust Street Philadelphia PA
236 S Hull Street Philadelphia PA
401 North Broad Street Philadelphia PA
650 Smithfield Suite 1520 Pittsburgh PA

Philadelphia isn't quite within reasonable driving distance for co-location for Pittsburgh residents. From Pittsburgh, he'd be closer to something in Ohio, than he would be to Philly. If the distance to Philly from Pittsburgh is not too far for him, well...that opens up alot of options then.
FYI - Switch & Data has a facility in Pittsburgh.
Pittsburgh - 100 South Commons Allegheny Center - Suite 126

Also Pair Networks is based in Pittsburgh.
They don't list colocation on their site, but I'm sure you can call them about it:

Options for colo in Pittsburgh are, frankly, slim.

Yes, Philly would be too far for us. Some parts of Ohio and W. Virginia would work better than Philly if Pittsburgh doesn't offer many solutions. Anymore suggestions?

The company I recommended, g3tech.net, has a datacenter in Pittsburgh.
I had mentioned earlier that we have 6 servers there.. These are not Colo, but dedicated servers. They do provide colo.
