How do you mean "within reason" and what exactly is "Traffic overage" that is billed at $0.50 per GB per month?

This space is designed for web hosting purposes. We will allow as much storage space as is needed to that end.

Basically, at the beginning of every billing period you must decide how much bandwidth you are going to use at the $0.20 per GB rate, pay for it, and then if you go over that amount during that billing period you are billed $0.50 per GB for overages.
