I have to agree with ivialisjso. If you want really reliable solution, use the one which has reputation and good feedback.

I would suggest using WHT Search.

They recieve WebMoney. It's firs. Second I saw them in Russian WHT.
But of cource it's don't mean the are3 bad! They price is good

Yes, Elatahost from Russia. I am from Russia too. I want find a resseler account, who accept on-line pay systems, but not a paypal or creditcards with verification billing address. I can pay for resseler account E-Gold, Visa Virtual, and other credit card without verification billing address. Because, all bank in Russia don't have a billing address.
I find Eltahost reseller. They recieved a webmoney (our pay system in Russia). This site: wmtransfer.com

I am from Russia too, and pay VISA. For all time I meet only one reseller who need card with AVS (Adress Verification System). All other recieve card without any problems!
