Iam a reseller Windows from hostentrance.com, and i have a problem with my reseller account !

The problem is it, i can not install "Secure folders" to any of my customers.

If some people has been a problem like this, please help me !

the control panel is "Helm"

I wrote this because the support of hostentrance.com is down al time

All the time? How many hours since ?
Actually just last night, my host firewall blocked out my IP range from my country automatically to my own site , due to spamming from this IP range. So I went on AIM and ask support what is going on. So they unblocked the IP immediately and do a manual watch on this.

Could this be the same problem?

At present , I am not able to access some site, possibly because of block from ISP or something (e.g. mamboforge.net)

the problem is that support do not answer anithing ! and i do not know how to activate secure folders, when i due it, a error are show me, i need that support (hostentrance) resolve it.
