About 12 days ago I orderred a server from Managed.com to host a few big websites on it. After some issues with the cPanel license, I finally got my server after 5 days.
A few days later, I received the following email from cPanel on that server:

The server has been down for 4 days now. Within those 4 days I posted 2 tickets and Managed doesn't respond to them
Does this mean the hard drive has to be replaced?
Pfffffffffft
Thanks
