Well I bought a resleller account with them about 3 weeks ago. I thought it was a pretty good deal. Took me forever to get it set up. Two weeks of emails and looking for the guy on aim and nothing. Anyway I finally get it. I just wrote it off as he was busy. I was pretty sure it was a one man show. That did not bother me i figured he knew what he was doing. So eveything has been pretty good. Last week I had slowness issues. 14sec page gen times. Put in a support ticket and one or two emails. I did not hear anything from him. Well last night things seemed to be working fine. Then loading the index page it said the site was hacked next time do a better job of fixing your server. Join us if you want to find out how. ECT ECT ECT. Well I had a backup of one account i was able to restore that. So one website was working. The rest only had a index and in the public_html folder. Well the server has been down all day. Few things I have been told is that it was not the host but server beach. This host and others had the same prob. I dont know if this is true. I find it hard to believe thats the case. I would think its a host not doing his job at fixing and patching. I am pretty upset right now that everything is lost. So does anyone know if this is really a prob with server beach? Does anyone else use them? Hows your service with them?

This is the connectivity between TMS and Equinix, which is where HE.net and Yipes hand over the bandwidth to us. After that point the bandwidth is carried over to our router via The Planet, but they're having some issue with that connectivity. They're working on it as we type...

Everyone with the same transit provider had the same problem. Im guessing server beech uses them. I think it was fri-saturday when we experienced the downtime.

Well its been to long to wait. I got in touch again with the host over aim. He said they were working on reloading the os. Looks like it already was done b.c the server was up today. Asked about backups and He said he was trying to locate them. I asked who had them he said another host did. Things dont add up to me and downtime is a killer. I would not mind waiting but I put to much trust in a one man show. He did send a refund to paypal. I need to check that now. Overall its been less then a month of "service" and I was less then happy.
