Bandwidth/Throttle limiter for Apache 2

In the past I've used mod_throttle for Apache 1.3. But my new servers are running Apache 2.

Any suggestions to limit connections and bandwidth?

As far as I know, you don't have many options. The most obvious one is to revert to 1.3, if you really need to have mod_throttle functionality. Otherwise, your best bet is to use iptables to limit the packet rate.
