Someone is stealing my internet help..

Someone is stealing my internet net and im not sure who it is. I'm using a Dlink Dl614+. I was wondering how i would be able to disconnect them without using a password or removing ssid. Is there any way to do it?

You could use a MAC address. It only allows people who are verified to connect to your network. Why don't you want to use a password?

I like leaving my doors wide open with a big neon sign saying "Please Come In". People keep coming in and I don't know why. Any way I can keep my doors open and keep the neon but stop the people from coming in?

It is really trivial to have a simple password.

The conversation goes like this:
"Hey dude, what's your wifi password?"
"abc123"
Done.

Current OS's make it so easy to type in a PW when they find a connection.

Thanks for tolerating my sarcasm!

Most routers allow you to specify which MAC addresses are allowed to connect, but on my Linksys router I can specify MAC addresses that the router should block.

You could block the MACs of the 5 computers your neighbors are using. At the very least you will force them to hack their network cards to spoof their MAC addresses. If they aren't hackers, they will be locked out.

Blocking their MACs plus a password should set you up right.

Setup MAC address restrictions and WEP encryption.

Why would you even suggest WEP when WPA is available on most hardware now days. Yes WPA isn't the end all of wifi security, but it's far better than WEP.
