I have only been running MSSql for the longest time but now I need to have mySql installed. Would anyone see any problems having both database's running on the same server? The server is a Dual Xeon 2.8 GHz with 2 GB of ram.

Problems? No.

They'll compete for RAM though, and you'll probably see performance degrade pretty severely if your machine is heavily used.
