I have been thinking about this as I was getting ready to finalize all the plans to put this together and I believe that it will not be beneficial to do this.

Most of the people in this business are on tight budgets and I belive for the health of our industry we should get together at hostingcon and pool our resources to one event per year.

I would love for everyone to come spend some money in the ATL and see our digs - and maybe hostingcon can be here next year - lets put something together for a day in chicago in conjunction with hosting con.

Yes, this was a WHT gathering that sailor was putting together in Atlanta. Not affiliated with HostingCon. But it looks like Sailor wants to just have people from WHT get together at HostingCon instead of in Atlanta.

that is correct. our side of the business has really needed a trade show and I think it is absolutely imperativce that we put our resources towards one event to make it successful if we want to continue to gel as an industry.
